Mental calculation of % of a number and placing % smaller than 1% or larger than100% on numberlines. (Still convert % to decimal to fraction and the reverse)

Today we watched half the documentary on Craig Keilburger  (Social  Entrepreneurship: Free the Children).

Students wer asked to take notes as they watche the documentary. (If you were not in class today then you have to get the notes from a classmate).

Unit 3 test results were handed back today in class, they will take the test home tomorrow since we have a few students that did not write due to attendance.

In class today we started Unit 5 Percent, Ratio and Rates.  See the attached notes that were handed out in class today. Students MUST study these notes.
