We went over homework questions in detail and then moved onto a leeson on BEDMAS using FRACTION. See the attached lesson for the notes and examples.

Today the students played a game that illustrates the definitions of "Tradegy of The Commons". We watched a video and discussed the environmental issues on Easter island. Class ened with students reading a Fracking article and completeing 2 woeksheets.

Today we did more examples of modelling a Whole number divied by a fractions using Fraction Rectangles and Numberlines. See the attached PDF file for the notes and examples.
