Welcome Back!!
It is that time of the year again.....September.....Back to School.
I am very happy to announce that I will be teaching Grade 3 again this year. I am excited to get my classroom all set up for Tuesday to meet all my new students. I just know that we will be learning lots of new things and having lots of fun.

Roots of Empathy
Today we had our final visit with Baby Kohen and Melissa. We said our goodbyes and had a little Birthday party. We will surley miss Kohen and Melissa coming to our class, but we are so happy that we had the opportunity to meet them and watch Kohen grow. Thank you!!!

The Home and School will be having a MOVIE NIGHT showing Yogi Bear on Friday, May 6th at 6:00pm for Grades K-5. The cost is $5.00 for admission. Also, they will be selling pop, popcorn, chips and cotton candy. Hope to see you all out!!

Congratulations to the Blackville School Grade 3 Spelling Bee Winners ......... Daniel McVicar and Emileigh Jardine. These children will be representing Blackville School at the District Spelling Bee on Friday, April 8th at Croft Elementary School. Good luck!

Please continue to study multiplication facts with your child. We work on these facts daily in class also. A copy of all the facts that the children need to know are in the back of their math homework duotang.

We will be going outside to do winter fun activities on Friday, March 4th instead of Thursday because the weater is calling for very cold temperatures on Thursday. Please dress warm and be prepared to have fun in the snow!
