Les devoirs (homework) October 30^th- November 3^rd  

• Continue doing the 3 sheets of the alphabet/numbers to 20
• Read French book
• Read lyrics to “Georges le coq”
• Listen to French songs pertaining to animals
• 1$ for popcorn (must have money in by Wednesday)

 This week students will be learning:

In French class we will be learning about domestic animals. (cow, pig, horse etc.)

•  “Je veux _____ à la maison. ”   “I would like to have ______ at home.”
•  “Quel animal sauvage veux-tu à la maison?”  “What domestic animal would you like to have at home?”
• À quoi ressemble cet animal sauvage? (“What does this domestic animal look like?”)

o   Il est jaune.      (He is yellow.)

o   Elle est petite. (She is little.)

o   Il est gros.         (He is big.)

•   Students will be listening to the song “Georges le coq” while doing the gestures for the sound “o” (touching their head with both hands).  Unfortunately this song will not download on the webpage.
•  Practicing O’Canada in French

•  We will continue learning about patterns.
