Homework for January 22

6M/F - Read 20 minutes, complete introduction and first paragraph in the body of your expository piece (We will be finishing the draft in tomorrows class). 7D - Read 20 minutes, complete introduction and first two paragraphs in the body of your persuasive writing, library tomorrow.  7W - Art projects are due on Thursday of this week.  Tomorrow will be your last day to work on these in class.  Make sure you have all materials needed.  * Just a reminder to students who would like to preorder books by author Valerie Sherrard.  The money needs to be in by February 13, 2013.  The book list and prices can be found under my documents.

Homework for January 21

6M/F - Read 20 mins and log tonight (please bring your log to tomorrows class), library tomorrow.   7D -  Read 20 mins and log tonight (please bring your log to tomorrows class), library tomorrow.  Complete the "introduction" part of your persuasive writing.   Writing Contests:  World Literacy Canada and Writers Federation of New Brunswick are both putting on writing contests.  To find out more information, please look under my "documents".    Have a great day and bundle up, it looks like it is going to be a cold week ahead of us.

6M and 6F - Complete comprehension questions on "A Canadian Singing Sensation", these are to be passed in on Monday 7D - Complete comprehension questions on "9/11: Ten Years Later", these are to be passed in on Monday 7W - Please remember to bring in any materials you may need for your art projects.  You will be given three classes to work on these.  The remainder will need to be done at home.  Projects are due on Thursday, January 24.
