Enjoy your summer vacation! I miss you all so much.

Can you believe all the snow we got on Saturday? Just when we thought spring was here to stay. Hopefully, it will melt quickly and we can feel the warm sunshine once again.

Please see the post below for this week's suggested literacy and math activities. If you would like more, extra or different material for your child please reach out. I am here to help you with home learning in anyway you need. Thank you for all you have been doing over the last 6 weeks at home.

Sunday, May 10th is Mother’s Day. Normally this week at school we would spend some time writing and creating something special for mom, grandma, a special aunt, or anyone else special in our lives.

Today, send your child off while you do something else and allow them to create something special for you and/or a loved one.  They can use the special paper I added to the front of their scrapbooks or any paper they have around the house.

Ask them to write the “5 Things I Love About Mom” or write a list of all the things they love doing with mom or a special loved one or simply create a card.

They could also do the posted craft for this week. This is a very fun site that I am sure the kids will love (my own kids have been using it everyday).  Use the link posted below:
