See today's special Earth Day activity posted below.
Today, would be a good day to go device free for the day. You could do something from one of the STEM challenges that you may not have had time for or give last week's art suggestion a try. Also, it would a great day to practice your juggling for Mr. Sturgeon's weekly challenge. Check out his teacher page for more details and a How-To-Video on making your own juggling balls. Do something fun today!!!!!!!

Happy Friday!
Today, use the books you gathered on Tuesday and Read-to-Self for 20 minutes. Remember to read the whole time and that there are 3 ways to read any book. Get comfy and enjoy the books you have picked out for your “book box”.
I am going to provide information for one last technology literacy site. All the technology suggestions posted are for you to try and see what one (if any) work best for you at home. Reading from real books is still very important.
Math - today would be a good day to check in with how you are doing with skip counting. Have an adult ask you to count by 2's, 5's, and 10's starting from various numbers. If you like to do paper/pencil work, on a piece of paper write out some fill in the blanks (see my example posted below) to test your child’s skip counting.
The link to today’s literacy site is posted below. Password info can be found in the documents. Have a great weekend!
