Sunday, May 10^th is Mother’s Day. Normally this week at school we would spend some time writing and creating something special for mom, grandma, a special aunt, or anyone else special in our lives.

Today, send your child off while you do something else and allow them to create something special for you and/or a loved one.  They can use the special paper I added to the front of their scrapbooks or any paper they have around the house.

Ask them to write the “5 Things I Love About Mom” or write a list of all the things they love doing with mom or a special loved one or simply create a card.

They could also do the posted craft for this week. This is a very fun site that I am sure the kids will love (my own kids have been using it everyday).  Use the link posted below:
