Sept. 21

Science 9 - Continued looking at the gas giants. Video on the Neptune & Uranus and one on the general informationon the gas giants.

 

Math 6 -  Notes and examples on Multiples and common multiples of numbers.  We will continue to work on this topic on Monday.

         Class/homework:  did not get to it

 

Math 8 - Students had the entire class to complete a worksheet on +, -, x, ÷ of integers RULES, word problems and order of operations. 

         Class/Homework:  TEST is Wednesday Sept. 26

 

Science 6 - Notes on invetebrates and definitons (I will post these notes on Tuesday once all definitions are completed)

       Class/Homework:  Start reading over your notes each night to prepare for the test in a couple of weeks.

Homeroom 7O -  Walk-a-thon money is due tomorrow (Wed. Sept 19)  We will walk on Thursday (1-3pm)

Science 9 - Notes on IAU rules to planets, notes on Mercury and Venus

            Homework: Review notes for 10-15 min each night

 

Math 6 - More practice with word problems (See Key terms on Homework slide of PDF to help determine which operation to use).  Student had a short quiz and had over 35 minutes to work on the questuions below.  What they did not finish in class is expect to be completed in flex or at home
