This week's assignments will deal with Trial and Judicial Proceedings including an examination of juries. We will also look at the rules of evidence, the types, and what may be used in court.

Part 7a is a lengthy read with a short Check Your Understanding and an assignment at the end with 3 small mini-essays.

Part 7b is a shorter read with an assignment at the end. Gauge your time accordingly.
