The myBlueprint Scholarships are now live and offer five (5) x $1,000 Scholarships to students in Grade 11 or 12.

The scholarship application will be open until May 28, 2022. 

Students can apply through their myBlueprint Account by clicking Tasks > Scholarships!

Scotiabank scholarships - valued at $3, 750 each.  Deadline is April 30.  

There are 4 categories.

  1. Financial Wellness
  2. STEM
  3. Diversity
  4. Future Women Leaders

Valued at $300.  Deadline is March 31.  Applications are available in the guidance office. 

This scholarship is for anyone who is pursuing an education in buisness.  The value is up to $5000 per year for 4 years.

NBCC will be here to do a presentation for grade 11's on Wednesday February 23.  Any grade 12's that are interested in learning more about programs or have already been accepted and have questions are encouraged to attend as well.

A representative from UNB will be here to do a presentation for grade 12 students on Friday February 25 during lunch time in Mrs. Brophy's classroom.  This is a great oppurtunity to find out more information about programs and applying as well as those who have already been accepted to ask any questions you may have!

Preliminary applications are now available online for Rotary Youth Exchange. These can be a full school year to another country (long term exchange LT) or for a couple months during the summer (short term exchange ST). Age limit is 18.5 years old at time of arrival in the host country. This is a great gap year after graduation if you are not sure what you want to do after high school.  Also wonderful to experience another culture and learn or practice another language.

SaturdayNovember 20th at 11:00 am (on our YouTube channel). Students will receive a virtual tour of campus, hear stories from students, alumni, staff and faculty, and participate in a live Q&A with our Admissions team (and will be entered to win some pretty great prizes upon registration!).

St. Mary's University will be presenting a Webinar next Wednesday, November 17th, starting at 7pm.  It will be a general presentation on Saint Mary’s University that will last roughly 45 minutes to an hour, and the remainder of the time will be a Q&A.

The Terry Fox Humanitarian Award is valued $28,000.

To be considered for the Award, applicants must meet be:

  • In good academic standing.
  • Canadian citizens or landed immigrants.
  • Students graduating from secondary (high) school or students completing their first year of CÉGEP or students who have completed secondary (high) school
  • Involved in voluntary humanitarian activities (for which they have not been compensated).
  • Planning to or are already studying towards their first university degree or diploma at a Canadian post-secondary institution, or entering their 2nd year of CÉGEP in the upcoming academic year.

Deadline to apply is Dec 1, 2021
