Good Morning everyone,
Today's PE/Wellness theme is to DANCE!! There is no better way to start off the week than to get your body moving to your favorite tunes! I am going to post a link to the "Just Dance" youtube channel. On there you can find tons of simple choreographed dances to you favorite songs. Also, you can just make up your own movements! Cut loose and have some fun, while getting your heart rate up and breaking a sweat!
