The Blackville High School Graduation class will be hosting a 50/50 Bingo on Sunday, October 19 at 2pm at the Renous Rec Center. There will be 20 half and half games, a winner take all game, twoonie sheets and half and half draw. Please come out and support the BHS Class of 2015.

The final cross country meet will be held Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Blackville School.  Start time is 4:00.

The Elementary Cross Country meet to be held at Blackville School today, October 8, has been cancelled due to the weather.  It will be rescheduled.

The Trades and Tech Gala is open to all girls in grades 9 -12. It is a great chance to explore exciting careers in skilled trades and technologies. You will meet fascinating women working in these fields and be able to investigate a variety of interesting career paths.

The Gala will be held at NSER on October 22 from 5:30 -8:00. Supper is provided, the cost is free and you have a chance to win an IPad.

On October 8th the home and school will be having a movie night for the elementary grades. The cost is $5 and that includes admission into movie, popcorn and a drink.
K-2 movie is from 6:00-8:00 pm and grades 3-5 movie is from 8:30-10;00pm. Please come out and support out home and school

An easy way to write a bus note is to print out this form and send it to your child's teacher.
If you don't have access to a printer, send a note to your child's teacher and they can send you home a few copies or you can just use this as a guide and write it out by hand.

The Terry Fox Walk will be held this Wednesday, September 24th, at 10:40 am for K-5 students. Please bring in a $1 donation.

 

On Wednesday morning, September 24th all grade 12 students will be bussed to Miramichi Valley High School for the AARAO fair. Various universities and colleges will be present to provide students with information on admissions, programs, financial aid, campus life, etc. Students will have an opportunity to walk about and then attend 3 individual sessions with institutions of their choice.

Miramichi Valley High School will be hosting basketball clinics for both mini boys and girls to kick start the basketball season.

Members of the MVHS boys and girls teams will run the clinics, with a focus on fundamentals and fun games. The boy's clinic will take place on Wednesday October 8th and the girls will go on Thursday October 9th. Both clinics will run from 6-7:45 PM. Boys and girls currently in grades 3 to 6 are welcome to attend. There is no cost for the clinics. These clinics are for all, those new to the game and those that have previously played.
