There is one $500.00 scholarship available.  To be eligible students must be:- entering a university or college program.- demonstrate financial need.- must demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Miramichi River, either through volunteer, extra-curricular or community-based activities.- 2 letters of reference.- Resume.Students must also submit a 250-500 word essay discussing the following topic: "Why is it important to perserve the Miramichi Watershed Drainage?" Deadline is May 16, 2014.  You can pick up an application from me.
