French Literacy:
Reading Comprehension:Listen to « Les tremblements de terre » and stop video after I have read the paragraph and re-read one time yourself. Then start they video again, and I will read the questions one at a time.
You can find this worksheet in your original home learning pack that was sent home before Christmas.
Reading: Please read in French every day (10 – 15 mins).
Those with chapter books, work on chapters 1-3 (or the second half of the book) this week.
Students can also use Je lisfor reading this week.

Math (20-30 minutes)
Gr 4 and 5: New Lesson on multiplication using the traditional method. This is multiplying without using boxes. Listen to the lesson and the complete the first 10 questions of the worksheet. This worksheet was sent home in the latest home learning pack. I also included a 3 by 1 digit sheet for those who want more of a challenge.
Want something more? Log on to Splashlearn (Class code: INQJUY Password: board8) and complete any lessons “from my teacher”.
You could also try any in completed math sheet left in your home learning pack or study your multiplication facts.

These are just extra activities for those who are interested. It is not a requirement for home learning. They are just fun activities to get you moving and grooving!
