Morning Message: Listen to the morning message “la fin de semaine” and practice question at the end of first slide. 

Question: qu’est-ce que tu as fait cette fin de semaine ?

Answer : sur la fin de semaine…je suis allé, j’ai joué, nous sommes allé etc.

***Those without internet, you can just practice the question with someone at home.

Writing: Listen toexample of “la fin de semaine”.

Use your Hilroy scribbler, loose leaf or the writing paper in your home learning pack to write a paragraph about your weekend.

Remember a well written paragraph is 3 to 5 sentences long, uses proper punctuation, capitalization and don’t forget “les pluriels”.

Reading: Please read in French every day.

I have recorded guided reading books, and students can continue to work on their book they have at home or those who picked up supplies at school can choose a new book from your bag (make sure the title is below). 

Those with chapter books, will work on chapters 1-3 this week. If your video is missing from the list below, it should be posted by Tuesday.

Je Lis: Students can log in to Je Lis and access books at their level. Students’ usernames are attached below, the password is red1. 

I would ask that students be respectful of others and only log in to their own account.  This website can also be used for daily reading.

****For those with poor internet service, please study your multiplication facts for x7 and complete any math sheet from the home learning pack. Also, see the weekly agenda for suggestions that do not require online learning.

These are just extra activities for those who are interested. It is not a requirement for home learning. They are just fun activities to get you moving and grooving!
