o   Table de 100: Continue practicing counting forward by 1 to 100, backwards from100-0

o   Subtraction activity sheet

o   Practice addition/subtraction flashcards

·         Comptines: Read lyrics to “Martin Mouton”

o   Gesture: moving your arm up and down while saying “mmmmm”

o   Song: Martin Mouton

·         Reading: Students will have one book to read several times throughout the week.

 

To help your child to achieve greater success, here are a few suggestions you can use as a guide: 

 

French:

Quel élément naturel vois-tu dans la nature? (What natural elements do you see in nature?)

·        Je vois une forêt dans la nature.(I see a forest in nature.)

·        Je vois une montagne dans la nature.(I see a mountain in nature.)

·        Je vois un champ dans la nature.(I see a field in nature.)

·        Je vois une rivière dans la nature.(I see a river in nature.)

Comment peux-tu aider ton environnement? (How can you help the environment?)

·        J’aide mon environment en jetant mes déchets dans la poubelle. (I help my environment by throwing my garbage in the trash.)

·        J’aide mon environment en utilisant moins de produits. (I help my environment by using less products.)

·        J’aide mon environment en utilisant les mêmes produits plusieurs fois. (I help my environment by using the same products several times.)

Math:

·         counting to 100 forwards & backwards

·         counting by 5’s and 10’s to 100

·        mental math: addition and subtraction (up to 18)

·        2D and 3D shapes
