Middle School Exploratory Physical Education Activities - January 19

Good morning everyone,


You can refer to "Day 3" of the weekly plan posted on Monday for some structured at-home activities based on curricular outcomes. For today, though, I am recommending that you take some time to relax and center yourself with a quick stretching and yoga practice. This is a very stressful time for everyone, and a concentrated yoga practice is a great way to de-stress and set a more relaxed and focused tone for your day. I will posed a quick 26min yoga practice which is designed to melt away your stress, to continue on with a stress free day!




As always, if you have other forms of physical activity planned for today either individually or with your family, you are more that welcome to participate in that as well, please just be sure to record your activity in your activity log.
