To start the week off, I am going to give you an activity log to use to keep track of your daily physical activity. Its pretty simple. I want you to think about a goal for your physical activity each day. Using the log, you are going to say what your goal for the day was, what the activity you used to reach your goal was, and how long you participated for. We will use this as a baseline for now, and I will also throw in some example activities to use each day. For now, its a beautiful day, so my recommended activity for today is to get out into nature and go for a walk/hike or jog.
