Today's activity is called the "Captain America Workout", so for all you Marvel fans, this one is for you! The workout is set up with 9 total exercises done in a circuit format. I suggest going through the exercises at least twice, but you can complete them as many times as you like.

Get outside with your family and complete a walk of at least 30 min. It's going to be a beautiful day!
