Wow!  We have a BIG week this week!  To top it all off, it is the last week before our March Break...does life get any better than this? Monday kicks off the first day of our annual Winter Carnival.  This is the day that you can dress-up as your favorite character.  Tuesday is backwards day, and hopefully all can participate in this day! Wednesday, I will not be at school because I will be helping Mrs. Barry organize the "So You Think You Can Dance District 16" dance competition.  However, Ms. Peterson will spend the day with you.  Kristen Gillespie will do us proud as she will be going to represent your school.  Go Kris!  Please dress in blue in gold for School Spirit Day. Thursday is Jersey Day.  We will also be participating in fun winter activities like snowshoeing, sliding, snow sculpturing and skiing.  Dress warm! Friday is PJ day.  Come and have a nice relaxing last day before our break...but come prepared to work because we will still be doing our rounds of Daily Five so that I can conference with everyone before we go out on our break.  There will be hot chocolate and cookies in the afternoon for a treat!
