Today we wrote poems like Shereee Fitch. We took Sheree's poplular poem A Pocketful of Rocks and made our own poems. Some examples were a pocketful of snakes, grizzly bears, gummy bears, apples. The children had a lot of fun writing these silly poems. We also read our poems to Grade5.

Sheree Fitch was here to visit our school. She entertained the childfen from k-5 for
one hour on Tuesday. She read her poems and stories. All the children loved this time!

On Tuesday, our class had our first visit with Hannah, Mr.Johnston and Baby Sydney. We were so excited to meet her and to see all the fun and exciting things that she can do. We are looking forward to the next visit!
