June 12, 2011   Good evening, parents of Grade 5 and Grade 6 students.  We have two weeks left before your child has their much anticipated summer vacation.  I just want to take this opportunity to thank each one of you for your support throughout the year.  As you are aware, I am retiring this year, as of June 30, 2011.  I have had the Grade 6's for the past two years and I am honoured to have had these find students.. It has been a priveledge.  Each one has their own personality and have left me with fond memories.  As well, the Grade 5 students have been great to teach and I have enjoyed each of them. I am very proud of each of the students I have taught and wish them nothing but the best for the future.  To you, the parents, thank you in your encouragement and guidance with your child.  Learning is three fold and because of this we all play an intregal part in their decision making.  I wish each of you a very happy and safe Summer.  Be all that you can be and remember to always be kind and show respect for all you meet, you never know when one might be an Angel, in disguise.
