Blackville School will be
presenting its Choir and Band Christmas
Concert on Tuesday, December 8, 2015
at 7:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. (Storm Date: Wednesday, December 9,2015) This concert will feature performances by the
Blackville School Elementary Choir, the
Blackville School Girls’ Choir, the Blackville School Jazz Band with the Grade
9T Instrumental class, and some vocal/instrumental solos. Admission
is at the door: Adults $5.00 Students $2.00. Beverages, fudge, and tickets on a 50/50
DRESS REHEARSAL FOR CHOIRS
There will be a Dress Rehearsal for the
Choir and Band Christmas Concert for all choir members of both the Elementary Choir and the Blackville School Girls’ Choir on Monday, December 7, 2015 in the cafeteria from 3:00 – 5:00
p.m. A pizza treat will be served
during the rehearsal. Grade 2 students
of the Elementary Choir will have to stay after school in order to attend the
rehearsal at 3:00 p.m. Parents are asked
to contact Miss Frenette at the school if there are any questions or concerns.
Parent teacher will be held on Thursday, November 19 from 4:30 to 7 pm and also Friday, November 20 from 9 to 11:30 am.No school for students Friday, November 20.
Congratulations to Laura Jardine for being selected as a regional
semi-finalist for the 2016 Loran Scholar program. She will be attending
regional interviews in Fredericton at the end of November. Good Luck Laura!
