The Senior Boys capture 3rd straight BHS Kick-off tourney. Our
boys won 6-0 in semi vs. NSER. Scoring for the Golden Eagles were Hugo
White-O'Connell and Avery Brennan with 2 each. Singles from Allister Donohue and
Riley Keenan. Shut out for Dylan Storey. The final was shortened by Lightning
and our boys were up 1-0 on a goal by Avery Brennan.
Blackville School clinic will be held Monday, September 29thSchool immunizations clinics will target Grade 7 and
Grade 9 students.
All Grade 7 students will receive the whooping cough
vaccine (Tetanus-diphtheria-whooping cough).
All Grade 7 girls will also receive the three doses of
HPV vaccine over a six-month period.
All Grade 9 students
will receive meningococcal vaccine (Menveo).
There will be a Hunter Education/Firearm Safety Course at
the Blackville school starting September 8th 2014.

As a K-12 school please note that different dates apply for different grades for the first day of school. Tuesday, September 2 · All elementary students (K-5) will begin their new school year. · The grade 6 and 9 students will also come to school on Tuesday, September 2. Congratulations goes out to the Upper Elementary Drama Club
on their outstanding presentation of The Ever After last night. A
huge thank you goes out to the students for attending practices since March and
to their parents for picking them up. All students did an amazing job
on their first stage performance!
