Grade 9 students took home an immunization consent form today. All Grade 9 students will receive immunizations for the whooping cough and meningitis here at the school on September 28, 2012. Please read the form carefully and complete the consent form. Students only need to return the consent form to their homeroom teachers tomorrow. The Public Health nurse will be here to pick up the forms on Thursday, September 20.
