This year's annual District 16 Track and Field Meet at JMH will be held on June 23rd this year.  The buses will be leaving the school directly after our morning announcements as the meet will start at 9:00 am, and finish at approximately 1:00pm.  Parents are more than welcomed to come and cheer on their children.  We ask that all students are well supplied from home with sunscreen and water for this day as many years before have been extremely hot.  In addition to the sunscreen and water students must also bring a bagged lunch for this even because there will be no canteen available.

The Elementary school soccer jamboree that was postponed due to inclement weather last Fall has been rescheduled to May 15th.  Both Blackville Teams are scheduled to play at NSEE at 9am. The tournament schedule was sent home with the students that were on the teams last year and the forms were supposed to be returned by May 1st, so the coaches could see how many players are available to attend.  The jamboree is always a fun event, hopefully Blackville School will be well represented.  Go EAGLES!!
