On Tuesday, October 11, 2016 all Grade 9 students will be taking home permission forms for the upcoming immunization clinic.  All grade 9 students will receive the meningococcal vaccine and the Chickenpox vaccine on October 17, 2016. Please return the signed forms by Thursday, October 13, 2016.
