Stanley Mutual is awarding six Bursaries of $500 to students who live in Northumberland County.  To be eligible to apply you must: 1. Show proof of acceptance as a full time student at a post secondary educational institution (college or university) 2. Applicants must submit an essay of 150 words on History and Benefits of Mutual Insurance. 3.
