Today we began the class by reading silently for 15 minutes. We discussed the questions and quotes from Act I Scenes III and IV of Twelfth Night.  We discussed and listened to the audio of Act I Scene V.  I assigned the questions and the quotes from Act I Scene V.

Today students completed a 5 minute Quick Write, which we shared with a partner. We spent the remainder of the class watching Freedom Writers.

Today we went to the cafeteria to continued rehearsing the play Ducktails and Bobby Sox. You are reminded that all lines must be memorized.  Your drama fee of $50.00 is also due.

Today I allowed a few minutes to complete the questions from chapters 7-9 from Brothers and Strangers, and we discussed these as a class.  Then we read aloud and discussed chapters 10 and 11.  Students spent the remainder of the class working on their questions.

We the heard the story predictions from the Shakespearean Drama Twelfth Night.  We read aloud, discussed and listened to the audio of Act I Scenes I and II.  I assigned the questions and the quote from both scenes.  All students have a copy of both.
