Dalhousie University Information Session is being hosted in Bathurst,Tuesday, February 24th at 7pm at the Atlantic Host Hotel, 1450 Vanier Boulevard. They will cover admissions, scholarship program and application, the residence application process and campus life. There will plenty of time at the end of the evening for individual questions. Complete details can be found online at dal.ca/infosession along with a registration form. This event is open to students, parents and family members.
Dairy Farmers of New Brunswick offer 3 different scholarships to students that are entering programs related to the agriculture or dairy industry. For more information please see Mrs. Breau

Eligibility and General Scholarship information The Mary Majka Scholarship Fund is open to New Brunswick students from middle school to those attending an undergraduate program. Awards will be granted on a yearly basis ranging from $250 to $1000, depending on the number of applicants and funds available.Two types of scholarships are available:Awarded to a person that is or will be studying in the field of natural sciences with an interest in nature and the environment (awarded as a study scholarship), and / orAwarded to a youth wanting to further their knowledge in the natural sciences (awarded as a contribution to cover specific expenses such as for workshop participation)Applications are due March 31st and are available at http://www.naturenb.ca/get-involved/mary-majka-scholarship-fund/

Student for a Day at UNB Saint John It is open to all students and will provide them the opportunity to come to campus, sit in on a class, go for a campus tour and have lunch at the cafeteria (on us!).   The students can attend on January 26th or 27th. Attention Grade 10 and 11 students.  The Royal Canadian Legion New Brunswick Command is holding a Leadership Training Camp at Mount Allison University this summer.  Leadership and organization will be taught through sports and activities during the 8 day camp.  For more information please see Mrs. Breau.

Looking for summer employment? Through SEED students may obtain summer employment with Provincial Government Agencies or Departments, Non-profit organizations, or municipalities. To be elgible you must be graduating this year and be attending university or college full-time in the fall. If you would like an application please stop in to the guidance office.
