Next Monday will be a celebration day for all Grade 6 and 7 students. If weather permits we will be going to the park in the morning for a scavenger hunt and then to the ball field for a game of soccer baseball and some other activities. We will return to the school for Trio Pizza at lunch, all students will be provided lunch. After lunch we have a few different activities planned inside the school.

We are hopeful the weather will allow for us to do this Monday and if not we will either go to the gym (if available) for the morning or move the activities until Tuesday. Regardless the Trio Pizza will still be lunch for all students on Monday.

There will be no snack cart or cafeteria on Monday and Tuesday of next week.  Home and School are providing hotdogs and drinks for K-8 on Tuesday.  Jayme will let us know about Wednesday and Thursday later on in the week.

Our class (6L) will be taking a field trip on Thursday May 31st from 11:00am-2:00pm

We will be going to the Doaktown Salmon Museum to release our fish. We will also take a tour of the museum, participate in some activities and learn about other opportunities to get involved over the summer.

It should be a great day for students and the weather is looking great for Thursday.

Students must bring their own lunch as the gift shop at the Museum only offers snacks. I have been told they will have ice cream available while we are there - with the warm weather I am sure many students will wish to have an ice cream.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions! Thanks!

Students may practice these at home if they find they are having trouble, or if I have asked them to practice at home.

There are two files below, one without the answers and one with the answers.
