A few friendly reminders... - It is now cold and wet outside- please remember to dress for the weather conditions :) - Food bank donations are still being accepted. Any donation is helpful for those in need during the holiday season!  - Bonus day is this Friday, December 6th! - The Christmas formal is Thursday, December 12th.   Grade 8- This week we will be doing some research for our final project on an item that was used in the past. Students will be primarily researching the evolution of the item over time, its use, why it was popular, why it is no longer used, etc.       Grade 7- This week we will be talking about the qualities great Canadians have and create a card with their informationa dn why that person is considered a great canadian.  We are also starting to think about our final project of what kind of great personality we would like to be and what we would do in that position.   Grade 6- This week students are writting their opinions on whether or not they are for or against hunting. We are also starting our final project of writing a small picture book on a fall theme.
