A few friendly reminders... - It is now cold and wet outside- please remember to dress for the weather conditions :) - The January news letter has been sent home!    Grade 8- This week we will begin our unit by talking about the sports that the students in the class play, who they play with, where they play, and why they play sports. In these discussions, we will learn new language and remember language already taught before getting into the extreme sports that exist.    Grade 7- This week we will have a presentation on how to protect ourselves online and some of the implications of cyberbullying. This presentation will be done by tech mentor Joey Savoy. We will also start our unit by discussing different inventions that surround us in the classroom. We will also start reading the a book called "Les inventions".   Grade 6- This week we will start our unit by discussing our morning routines and start a reading called "Un monde de robots". We will make connections between our daily activities and robots.
